Indonesia once again lost another big figure. Kusmayatna Kusumadinata or the fame with the name of Kang Ibing died at age 64 on Thursday (08/19/2010) because of illness. He had admitted to the Hospital Al Islam Bandung, after falling at his home in Cijawura, Bandung, Thursday at around 20:00.

"Dad did have heart disease, but as they mature may be due to fatigue. He just returned from the Soil," said Dikdik Kusumadika, Kang Ibing firstborn.

Gus Dur served as president from 1999-2001 during the turbulent years following Suharto's resignation in 1998.

Brittany Murphy father can't believe she's dead

London : Brittany Murphy’s estranged dad Angelo Bertolotti is in shock over his daughter’s untimely death. Murphy, 32, died of a cardiac arrest at her Hollywood Hills home last Sunday.

"There is nothing I can say. I can't believe this is happening. She was a young 32. She wasn't supposed to die like this," the Daily Star quoted Bertolotti, as telling UsMagazine.com. "I don't understand how she died. This doesn't make sense to me." Bertolotti also revealed that he had not seen Murphy since 2006.

He said: "Ever since she married that Simon, I lost contact with her. But I always kept track of her to make sure she was OK in case she needed me. She married him and everything changed. After that, we weren't so close."

Bertolotti added: "I will miss her smile and her work ethic. She was such a hard worker. I was so proud of her. This was a girl who had been working since she was seven. Everyone she worked with loved her. That's who she was. She was loveable. There is nothing more I can say. I'm trying to make sense of this, and I can't."

Actress Brittany Murphy, known for her roles in films such as "Clueless" and "8 Mile," died after suffering a cardiac arrest at her home, police and hospital officials said. She was 32.

Murphy who was pronounced dead in hospital, appeared to have died of natural causes.

The Reuters news agency is reporting that the actress died of a cardiac arrest.

Ashton Kutcher, co-star of the 2003 comedy Just Married, paid tribute to her as a "little piece of sunshine".

The official cause of death may not be determined for some time as toxicology tests are required.

Murphy was pronounced dead at 1004 (1804 GMT) on Sunday at a hospital near Beverly Hills.

She had been taken there after the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call at the Hollywood Hills home she shared with her husband, British screenwriter Simon Monjack.

Born in Atlanta, Murphy grew up in New Jersey but moved to Los Angeles with her mother to pursue acting.

"When I asked my mom to move to California, she sold everything and moved out here for me," Murphy once said.

"I was really grateful to have grown up in an environment that was conducive to creating and didn't stifle any of that."

The actress got her start in the sleeper hit Clueless and rose to stardom in 8 Mile alongside rapper Eminem.

Her on-screen roles declined in recent years but Murphy voiced characters for the hit US television series King of the Hill and animated movie Happy Feet.

She is due to appear in Sylvester Stallone's film, The Expendables, set for release next year.
